Speedwash Car Wash

I had such a great experience here! I went to get my car washed in the tunnel and they noticed there were a ton of bugs stuck all over the front of my car. Instead of just letting me go through the tunnel knowing the wash probably wouldn’t get them off, they had me pull to the side and took the time to show me the spray to use and brush to get them off! They came off so easy! They easily could have just let me go through the wash, but they went the extra mile to actually help get my car clean. That kind of customer service really stands out! I appreciated them taking the time and effort to help me. I’ll definitely be back!

Full or self-service wash option. I use the self service in one of the single bays. Bays are clean, all functions of the wash are operational, easy to use, and payment can be made with debit/credit card. The vacuums are behind the wash but I haven’t had to use them. There is always an attendant available during regular hours. I did not need an attendant but one young man came over just to check on my wife and I or maybe he just wanted to see our corvette. It had gotten very dirty from rain and road film as we traveled out of Michigan. We use our own wash mitten after prewash and soaping. We have and will continue to use this wash when visiting the National Corvette Museum or when just passing through when needed. We can typically wash and rinse for $5.00 but we spent extra cleaning the wheels, the wheel, and extra rinsing. Total cost was $10.00. Photo was taken same day as wash a couple hours and after drying it off with our own drying towel.

I was disappointed to find that SpeedWash now requires customers to wash their own windshield and grill before using the automatic car wash. Today I visited the SpeedWash on Scottsville Rd in Bowling Green to have a basic wash. I was totally surprised to be told to pull to their new station that would “allow me” to wash my own windshield and grill. So, I should visit their “automatic” car wash to wash my own glass and grill. This is NOT why go to an automatic car wash and pay a higher price than a manual car wash.

I highly do not recommend this car wash. Two weeks ago I went and got a wash and the car wash damaged the front grill on my 2026 BMW. It has been two weeks since I did the incident report on the vehicle and I still have not heard back from them. I have given them a call and their response was callback. It’s also convenient that your cameras do not work.

Love this place! Only place I take my vehicles, especially Hot Wheels. I only ever use the manual clean car ports, but it’s always a clean tidy business with friendly service & help.
